Picsie Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Karawya LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”), the maker of Picsie. By using Picsie you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. Who can use Picsie
You must be at least 13 in the United States, at least 16 in the United Kingdom and the European Union, and older wherever your local law sets a higher age. If you’re under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), you may use Picsie only with your parent’s or guardian’s permission, and they accept these terms for you.
2. What Picsie offers
- Free features: filters, adjustments and Beautify work on your phone, free, with no account.
- AI Effects and Templates: you choose a photo and a style, confirm “Create with AI?”, and we create a new photo using Google Gemini. Each finished photo uses one credit.
AI results vary. Preview photos in the app show the style; your result will differ depending on your photo. We don’t promise any particular result.
3. Credits and subscriptions
- Subscriptions (Plus and Gold) and credit packs are sold through Apple’s App Store and billed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Daily subscription credits refill every 24 hours and don’t roll over. Credit packs don’t expire and are available to subscribers.
- Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged.
- When a credit is used: once a photo has been created. If creation fails on our side or Google can’t process your photo, the credit is returned automatically. We don’t keep copies of results, so if your connection drops after a photo is made, it can’t be sent again and the credit stays used; contact support and we’ll look at it.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), under Apple’s rules.
4. Your photos and your results
- You keep ownership of the photos you upload and, as between you and us, of the results Picsie creates for you. You may use your results for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the law and to Google’s terms for AI-generated content.
- You give us permission to process your photo only to create your result. We don’t store it (see the Privacy Policy).
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, you must have their permission.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Picsie to:
- upload photos of other people without their permission, or of other people under 18 unless you’re their parent or guardian;
- create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content meant to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate someone;
- create deceptive content that pretends to be a real event or misleads others about a real person;
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- get around Google’s safety protections, our limits or our security, or access our servers other than through the app.
Google applies its own safety checks and may refuse to process some photos. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
6. Our app
Picsie, its design, styles, names, preview photos and code belong to Karawya LLC. You may use the app on your Apple devices for your personal use, under these terms and Apple’s standard license agreement. Don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse it.
7. Changes and availability
We improve Picsie over time and may add, change or remove styles and features. We may pause AI creation for maintenance. We’ll try to give notice of important changes.
8. Disclaimers
Picsie is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI results may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable, and you are responsible for how you use them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Karawya LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Picsie in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
10. Ending
You can stop using Picsie at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the UK, EU, Canada or Australia, you also keep the protections of your local consumer laws and may bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved by email.
12. Apple
These terms are between you and Karawya LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Picsie or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
